30-Day Change Of Mind Return Policy – Online Orders Only

At Outdoor Gallery, we understand and accept change of mind. We will do our best to make sure all our customers are happy, even through ACCC has clearly stated that consumers are not entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the consumer guarantees if they got what they asked for but simply changed their mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided they didn’t like the purchase or had no use for it.

What make us special is that we refund your purchase in full including original delivery charges to your nominated delivery address at the time of purchase, no matter the change of mind return happens before or after dispatch.

For return shipping cost, there are two options:

  1. Return your purchase to our warehouse with a return authorisation/notice.
  2. We will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund so we can arrange pickup from your place. The return shipping cost will be equivalent to our standard delivery charge to your nominated delivery address at the time of purchase.

The things you should know for change of mind return:

  1. You are free to return your purchase within 30 days from the arrival date (online orders only).
  2. You must contact us prior returning your purchase at info@outdoorgallery.com.au to obtain a return authorisation/notice which will include exact address and operation hours for the drop off. Please be noted that we will NOT accept any return without a return authorisation/notice.
  3. Please ensure that products are returned in the same condition as when received, including the original boxes and/or packaging, and should be suitable for immediate resale as NEW. It is essential that furniture shows no obvious signs of use, modification or assembly, damages, wash, or any types of dirt. The policy is applicable only if we can resell the products as new, first-quality items upon their return to us.
  4. The refund will be deposit to your nominated account within 48 hours upon receipt of your return and completion of the full inspection. We will email you the receipt of refund, however when the funds hit your bank account will depend on the bank’s timeline.
  5. The made to order products, personalise products, accessories including covers, cushions and clips, products for commercial use, products for non-domestic use, clearance products, floor stocks are excluded from change of mind return.
  6. Under following circumstances, the refund cannot be proceeded:
    • The decision of change of mind has been made after 30 days.
    • The products are returned without authorisation/notice.
    • The product has been damaged by you or any other person related to you at the time damage occurred.
    • The packaging/boxes have been completely removed.
    • The product shows obvious signs of use, modification or assembly, damages, wash, or any types of dirt.
    • The products that damaged or deteriorated while returning the products to us by you due to inadequate care.
