At Outdoor Gallery, we provide a hassle-free warranty service where we will repair or replace any impacted section found to have a major manufacturing or material defect at no expense to you. If such a defect is detected upon delivery, we will arrange to pick up the faulty section and deliver the replacement to you at our own cost.

Important Notes Regarding Warranty:

  1. The warranty starts from the day of dispatch, please refer to your invoice for duration of warranty (12 months or 24 months). Please feel free to ask about warranty period prior to purchase as it differs for different products.
  2. Cushions, Cushion Covers and Glass are NOT covered under the warranty.
  3. Our outdoor furniture is to be strictly used in an under covered outdoor area or to be covered by a weather cover when unused to keep the products dry and clean. OUTDOOR GALLERY PTY LTD is NOT responsible for any damages or defects such as fading, burns, bleaching, rust, stains, and/or UV damage by way of prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or direct rain, chemicals, high saline environments, or other natural phenomena.
  4. OUTDOOR GALLERY PTY LTD is NOT responsible for any damages or defects caused by improper assembly/modification; improper cleaning; treatment with improper chemicals; negligence; abuse (e.g. jumping on it, kicking or punching it); pet’s chew, wear and tear; lack of proper maintenance of the products; spills such as acid, solvents, dyes or other corrosive materials or otherwise caused by your acts and/or omissions.
  5. PE Wicker under glass is not covered under warranty for damage from UV exposure through glass. Scratches and chips resulting from normal wear and tear on the PE wicker weave are NOT covered under warranty. PE wicker weave is NOT covered if removed by object or misuse of persons from where it has been stapled.
  6. Fading or discoloration of the product and / or any of its components resulting from exposure to sunlight or other natural elements, oils, spills, fluids or chemicals and cleaning products is NOT covered by warranty.
  7. Normal wear and tear such as sag and softening of wicker or foam and fillings is NOT covered by warranty.
  8. All products are checked before delivery or at pick up. It’s the receiver’s responsibility to check everything when it has been delivered by a third party upon arrival to the nominated address and advise us of any damages within 3 days with clear photographs and a description of the defect that has occurred. Scratches, chips and broken glass resulting from improper handling at pick up or after delivery are NOT covered under warranty.
  9. Insignificant minor variations in product dimensions, colour, grain or finish and / or negligible minor flaws or surface imperfections are NOT covered under warranty.
  10. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser specified in the original invoice at the original delivery / email address (for pick up).
  11. Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the damaged or defective part(s) only.
  12. OUTDOOR GALLERY PTY LTD reserves the right to make changes to the OUTDOOR GALLERY PTY LTD website, the price and/or size of any products, the terms of limited warranty and our terms and conditions without prior notice.

 

Warranty Claim Procedure:

  • Please contact the store to discuss the issue or alternatively email us at [email protected].
  • Please provide your proof of purchase that includes the invoice number, your name and address so we can look up the product you purchased and the date of delivery.
  • Please also provide description of the issue and relevant photographs.
  • We will then assess and advise a course of action. Outdoor Gallery reserves the right to assess whether a section(s) has failed due to a defect or normal wear and tear, and to decide whether that section(s) should be repaired or replaced.
